YOUR EYE TO THE UNIVERSE

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the opening of the planetarium at the Slovak Technical Museum in Košice, the museum has prepared a statutory exhibition YOUR EYE TO THE UNIVERSE.

Its aim is to bring the public closer to the panel not only the historical circumstances of the creation of the first astronomical complex in the territory of today's Slovakia, which was ceremonially opened on April 4, 1975, but also the 1950s and demonstration technology touching the sky. The exhibition will be open to all visitors and astronomy enthusiasts from May 16, 2025 in the premises of the STM main building at Hlavná 88 in Košice.

Duration of the exhibition: from May 16 to December 31, 2025
